This is a stunning black Tahitian pearl peacock strand. Extremely rare and high quality. The necklace is 17" length, and consists of 45 pearls. The pearls have a peacock color (blue and green overtones), and are of a very high luster and round shape.
Black Tahitian Peacock pearls are the most desired. As the name suggests, the pearls have blue and green overtones. These wonders of nature are extremely rare to find and composing a necklace with good matching takes a long time and is very hard to find.
This necklace graduates in size from 10.7mm (center) to 8.0mm, the pearls have a very high luster and thick coating (nacre). There are a total of 45 pearl and the length is 17". The pearls are round and clean (no blemishes ~ very slight, soft natural blemishes). We individually knot each pearl in the necklace and clasp it using a white gold clasp.
