Latona is an extraordinary design that symbolizes the forever bonded cycles of day and night, by combining the best of both worlds: the elegant Japanese Akoya pearls and the exotic Tahitian pearls. The Akoyas lay as studs on the ear, while the Tahitian pearls dangle beneath them as they are set in a multi-faceted white gold chain that has been carved delicately by diamond drills. This technique creates a surface that bounces light off the chain creating a mesmerizing sparkle similar to that of a diamond - we call this type of chain a “Diamond Cut Chain”.
In addition to the design itself, it gives you versatility and it enhances existing jewelry. The Tahitian pearls set on the chains are jacket enhancers that can be worn with any other stud earrings such as diamonds.
